甄選品格端正、學業優良、日語流利之本校碩士生，赴日本兵庫教育大學研修碩士學位，藉此培育學生國際觀，並促進國際學術及文化交流。學生得於符合兩校規定下，同時獲頒本校與日本兵庫教育大學所授予之正式學位。

We select students who have excellent academic performance, are fluent in Japanese, and have good character to join the Dual Degree Program. Selected students will travel to Hyogo University of Teacher Education (HUTE) in October to obtain a master’s degree, obtain an international perspective, and promote international academic exchange. Selected students will receive degrees awarded by National Taipei University of Education (NTUE) and HUTE.

報名方式: 將所有申請資料(詳見簡章)繳交至行政大樓A710室 (國際處國際學生事務組)。
