114-1交換學生說明會暨心得分享座談: 勇敢踏出台灣、拓展國際視野
為鼓勵本校學生積極參與海外交換計畫,拓展國際視野與培養跨文化溝通能力,國際事務處於11月4日下午舉辦「交換學生說明會」,吸引校內眾多有意申請的學生熱烈參與。
活動首先在國際事務處國際學生事務組組長陳劍涵老師致詞下揭開序幕,他強調交換學習不僅能夠提升外語能力,更是培養獨立思考與跨文化理解的重要機會。說明會中,承辦人員詳細介紹申請流程、申請資格、獎學金資訊以及相關事項等,協助同學完整掌握最新申請資訊。
此外,國際事務處也特別邀請曾赴海外交換的同學分享寶貴經驗。學長姐們從課業挑戰、文化適應、生活技巧到旅遊體驗,真誠地分享自身成長歷程與心得,鼓勵學弟妹勇敢追夢,不畏未知挑戰。現場氣氛熱烈,提問踴躍,充分展現學生對國際學習機會的高度興趣。
國際事務處表示,學校將持續與世界各地優質大學建立夥伴關係,提供學生多元的交換學習選擇。未來也將定期舉辦相關說明會與交流活動,協助同學們更順利地踏上國際舞台,培養全球競爭力。
【2025 NTUE Exchange Program Information Session】
To encourage students to broaden their horizons and enhance cross-cultural communication skills, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) held an Exchange Student Information Session on November 4. The event attracted many enthusiastic students interested in studying abroad through the university’s exchange programs.Professor Chien-han Chen, the chief of the OIA's Division of International Student Affairs, began the session with a welcome speech, emphasizing that studying abroad not only improves language skills but also encourages independence and global awareness. OIA members then provided a comprehensive overview of the university's partner schools, application eligibility, available quotas, scholarship opportunities, and the general application procedure, enabling students to gain a clear understanding of how to apply for exchange programs.
To make the session more engaging, several returning exchange students were invited to share their personal experiences. They spoke about academic challenges, cultural adaptation, daily life, and travel highlights during their exchange, offering valuable insights and encouragement for peers aspiring to study overseas. The sharing sparked lively interaction, with many students actively asking questions and expressing strong interest in international learning opportunities.
The OIA stated that the university will continue to expand partnerships with prestigious institutions worldwide, providing students with diverse exchange options. Regular information sessions and cultural exchange events will also be held to help students prepare for their journeys abroad and strengthen their global competitiveness.
